Job summary

Siemens Mobility seeks a Service Line Head for Circularity Services within Electrification & Automation Customer Service. This senior leader owns the global Circularity Services line, spanning spare parts, retrofits, lifecycle extensions and digitally enabled product services, to extend asset lifecycles and improve availability.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in product-related services, operations, business development or portfolio leadership.
• Proven record of driving profitable growth with significant P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to improve productivity and scalability through automation, process transformation and standardized operating models.
• Strong experience leading through influence in international matrix organizations.
• Relevant technical understanding of electrification, automation, industrial products, lifecycle services or comparable fields.
• Executive-level communication, customer orientation and sound judgment in portfolio, pricing, investment and commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Circularity Services business, defining strategy, targets and portfolio direction across spare parts, MV/LV retrofits, lifecycle extensions and digitally enabled product services.
• Hold end-to-end P&L accountability for revenue, profitability, cash, productivity, pricing, investments and overall portfolio performance.
• Develop regional Customer Service leaders and scalable offerings that extend asset lifecycles, improve availability and strengthen customer retention.
• Lead cross-functional and partner capabilities to scale service models across countries and customer segments.
• Establish governance and ensure compliance with EH&S, cybersecurity, data protection and regulatory requirements.
