Alcon is seeking a Sr. Director, Strategic Pricing & Planning to lead the global pricing strategy across Surgical and Vision Care.

This executive role defines pricing vision, governance standards, and value-based pricing while partnering with executive leadership to maximize growth and profitability across geographies and portfolios. The position drives pricing excellence, analytics, and capability development, while leading a global pricing organization and guiding strategic decisions on market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; fluency in English.
• 12+ years of relevant pricing experience across healthcare, medtech, or life sciences.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in pricing or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Alcon's global pricing strategy across Surgical and Vision Care franchises and geographies.
• Oversee portfolio pricing, launches, lifecycle pricing, and value-based pricing initiatives.
• Establish pricing governance, pricing framework, and performance measurement across regions.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Market Access, HEOR, Finance, and regional teams to support growth.
