Lead a global pricing team, collaborate with executives, HEOR, Finance, and market access, and ensure pricing excellence across geographies and portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of relevant pricing experience.
• 8+ years of demonstrated leadership.
• Strong fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global pricing strategy and roadmap across all franchises and geographies.
• Provide oversight of portfolio pricing for launches, extensions, and lifecycle management.
• Develop long-range pricing and profitability strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Ensure market access frameworks and value messaging across regions.
• Establish and chair global pricing governance and performance reporting.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global pricing organization.
• Influence executive decisions with data-driven pricing insights.
