ZEISS is seeking a Head of SMT-US to lead and unify operations, sales, and partnerships across the organization. You will guide strategic roadmaps, manage finances, and cultivate a high-performing team responsible for growth and collaboration with ZEISS SMT, ZEISS INC, and customers.

The role requires extensive semiconductor leadership experience, a Master’s in a technical field, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in semiconductor or related sectors.
• Master’s degree in a technical field such as EE, materials science or physics.
• Strong strategic thinking, budgeting and stakeholder management.
