HMTX Industries is seeking a Director of Sales to lead development and execution of sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing team. You will build relationships with major clients, strategize pricing, and oversee forecasting and pipeline health to achieve margin goals.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of sales experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Strong expertise in strategic sales planning, account management, negotiation, and managing the sales process.
• Experience using CRM systems to enhance customer and team performance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies, territory plans, pricing models and go-to-market initiatives.
• Lead sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team with clear goals and accountability.
• Provide coaching and resources to strengthen team capabilities and a results-driven culture.
• Build high-level relationships with major clients, partners and distributors; negotiate agreements.
• Lead reviews and strategic meetings; monitor objectives and identify improvement opportunities.
