Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a visionary executive to lead Quality, Compliance & Governance on a global scale. You will shape strategy across Quality Assurance, QMS, Supplier Quality, and Post-Market Surveillance, partnering with senior leaders to ensure patient safety and regulatory excellence.

The role requires 15+ years in quality leadership, deep regulatory know-how, and proven ability to drive enterprise transformation. Travel roughly 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in QA, regulatory affairs, or quality systems in regulated healthcare.
• Proven experience leading large, global quality organizations and teams.
• Deep expertise in medical device regulations and global compliance.
• Experience leading regulatory inspections and remediation efforts; enterprise quality transformation.
