Job summary

DRiV Incorporated seeks a Category Manager, Global Business Services to develop and execute global sourcing strategies for indirect goods and services. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans, lead competitive events, and drive measurable value through savings and supply continuity.

You will supervise a functional team, applying analytics, negotiations, and contract management to deliver cost reductions while maintaining service quality across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, purchasing, or supplier management.
• Experience managing indirect spend categories through multi-step strategic sourcing processes.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading RFx processes and supplier evaluations.
• Familiarity with procurement software, ERP, or eSourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for indirect categories.
• Lead RFx events from requirements to award and negotiation.
• Negotiate terms and manage supplier relationships across regions.
• Manage contract renewals and ensure value delivery.
• Track savings, cost avoidance, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder alignment.
