Job summary

vivenu GmbH is seeking a Global Head of Professional Services to build and scale its services organization across EMEA and North America, owning the unit P&L and setting commercial frameworks. You will define solution boundaries, convert field wins into repeatable delivery models, and collaborate with Sales, CS, Solutions and Product to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership & SaaS experience: 7+ years in Professional Services or Enterprise Delivery leadership, incl. 2+ years managing global teams.
• Technical background: prior VP/Head of Services or Consulting Practice Lead.
• Domain expertise: background in high-scale ticketing systems or similar models.
• People management: define career ladders, set delivery KPIs (speed, quality, CSAT, margins).
• Financial acumen: proven track record managing unit P&L and margins.
• Nice to have: engagement manager, project mgmt, or architect/developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Define global professional services strategy, operating model, and service catalog across regions.
• Own services revenue, margins, utilization, and pricing, incl. implementation pricing.
• Create MSAs, SOW templates, and change-order processes with Legal; pre-sales scoping and SOWs for integrations.
• Lead implementations for strategic customers and partners; build delivery playbooks.
• Guide architecture and API scoping; build internal tools; align with Engineering and Product.
• Structure enterprise deals with Sales; build partner networks of SI/agenices.
• Define KPIs for delivery speed, quality, margins, CSAT; define career paths and certifications.
