Responsibilities

• Define and build the vivenu digital ecosystem across Sales, Solutions and Delivery to scope extended projects.
• Scope projects to clearly define boundaries between core product, marketplace solutions, and custom development.
• Lead engagements as the primary owner for scoping and delivery, managing plans, timelines, and risks.
• Draft statements of work and change orders while maintaining target margins and resource allocation.
• Be the voice of the field, collaborating with Engineering and Product to influence the roadmap.
• Scale deployments into repeatable playbooks and marketplace apps for common project types.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client acceptance criteria.
