Job summary

Winston Taylor seeks a Global Director of Procurement & Travel to design and lead a best-in-class global procurement and travel function. You will report to the Global Chief Administration Officer and drive strategic sourcing, supplier governance, and travel program excellence across the Americas and EME regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in procurement or related commercial functions.
• Experience within a global law firm, partnership, or professional services environment.
• This is a hybrid role that requires office presence and travel.
• Proven experience designing procurement operating models, governance structures, and transformation programs.
• Exceptional commercial negotiation and contract management expertise.
• Understanding of law firm economics, partnership structures, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Winston Taylor's global procurement and travel strategy.
• Establish and lead a global Procurement Centre of Excellence, with governance and processes.
• Develop a global procurement operating model that reflects the firm culture and risk posture.
• Provide strategic advice on supplier strategy, travel optimization, and opportunities.
• Lead strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management globally.
• Define and oversee travel policies and partnerships across offices.
• Promote change management and stakeholder engagement across regions.
