Job summary

Winston Taylor is seeking a Global Managing Director, Legal Support Services to lead the delivery and evolution of legal support across its global platform. The role partners with senior leadership to translate strategy into operating models, service standards, and workforce strategies that empower lawyers and staff.

You will drive enterprise-wide service delivery, establish performance metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging technology and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of significant leadership experience overseeing complex service delivery operations.
• Experience within a global law firm, partnership, or professional services environment.
• Hybrid role requiring office presence and travel as needed by business.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Leadership & Operational Excellence across Legal Support Services.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide service standards and performance expectations.
• Establish metrics, SLAs, and reporting frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
