- Hybrid role requiring office presence and travel.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary administrative or professional support functions.
- Experience directing globally distributed teams and enterprise operating model transformations.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into practical operating models and service delivery across Legal Support Services.
- Evaluate service delivery models, staffing structures, and governance to meet evolving business needs.
- Establish service standards, principles, and performance expectations.
- Create metrics, SLAs, and reporting to monitor effectiveness and drive decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to strengthen delivery.
- Foster collaboration across offices and regions with knowledge sharing.
