Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into practical operating models across Legal Support Services.
• Evaluate and adapt service delivery models and workforce structures to changing needs.
• Develop enterprise-wide service standards, principles, and performance metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Leverage technology, automation, and AI to strengthen delivery.
• Foster collaboration across offices and regions.
• Oversee Document Services, ensuring quality, templates, and workflows.
• Lead Executive and Administrative Support services to support firm leadership.
