Winston Taylor LLP is seeking a Global Managing Director, Legal Support Services to lead the delivery and evolution of legal support across its global platform. This senior role partners with the Global Chief Administration Officer to translate strategy into operating models and service standards that scale with growth.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in complex professional services, a track record of governance and operational excellence, and the ability to combine premium partner

Qualifications

• Requires leadership of complex service delivery operations within a multi-office or global organization.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and multi-region service delivery functions.
• Strong governance, risk, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into practical operating models and service delivery approaches across Legal Support Services.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide service standards, operating principles, and performance expectations.
• Establish metrics, SLAs, and reporting frameworks to monitor effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and improve service quality.
• Partner with Talent to strengthen recruitment, onboarding, and development programs.
