You will supervise a small team, drive cross-functional initiatives, and implement standardized processes to enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.

The role offers high autonomy, close access to the CEO, and potential for growth into broader operations leadership. Transparent remote-work setup with international coordination.

Formación

• University degree in business, management, finance, or related field.
• Proven track record in operations or multi-country project delivery.
• Direct team management experience with accountability for outcomes.
• Ability to own vague goals and deliver finished results with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Own internal operational engine: procurement, order management, and business-support functions.
• Lead and develop the business-support and procurement teams.
• Plan and drive cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Document SOPs, checklists, and workflows to standardize processes.
• Coordinate across sales, HR, finance, and logistics to meet deadlines.
