Qualifications

• 7+ years of vendor management experience.
• Proven experience leading security operations teams globally.
• Experience planning, leading and delivering advanced global protective strategies.
• Experience with corporate security systems and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for international and domestic contracted physical security officers and emergency response teams.
• Draft, review, and implement safety policies for global operations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee training programs for security roles including SOPs and incident response protocols.
• Coordinate security protocols for domestic and international office expansions.
• Uphold high ethical standards and manage highly confidential information.
• Develop and implement event security programs for large international events and internal events.
• Conduct facility risk assessments and propose key risk‑management actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners on security projects and crises.
• Participate in Crisis Management programs and incident response planning.
• Provide core security solutions and recommendations to executives.
