Job summary

OpenFX is seeking a senior leader to build and own the global People function, reporting to the COO and partnering with the CEO. You will design org structure, workforce planning, and compensation philosophy, while leading recruiting, onboarding, and compliance across all hubs.

This builder role requires scaling from 300 to 1000+ employees, with a hands-on approach to establish processes, scorecards, and talent bars that elevate performance and culture.

Qualifications

• Built people infrastructure to scale from 50 to 200+ employees across geographies.
• Credible in both talent acquisition and people operations, hands-on when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring engine: recruiting infrastructure, structured interviews, and scorecards.
• Oversee global people operations: onboarding, benefits, and compliance across multiple hubs.
• Design and run end-to-end performance, with calibrated reviews and clear paths to advancement.
• Lead workforce planning and org design for 300, 500, and 1000+ employee milestones.
• Develop compensation and equity philosophy across diverse labor markets.
