You will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle operations while collaborating closely with various departments. Strong expertise in Workday and data analytics is essential.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $210K - $280K and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in People Operations or HRIS at high-growth tech companies.
• Expertise in Workday across HCM, payroll, and compensation.
• Strong analytics skills with ability to use SQL and dashboarding tools.
