Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking an Associate Director, Global Operations to lead and improve global hiring, training, and HR processes. This role manages annual project planning for the Transformation Program recruitment and serves as the risk management lead.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience, possess strong communication and project management skills, and be comfortable with technology and data management.

Compensation ranges from $120,038 to $153,486 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects, including planning, scheduling, tracking and budgeting.
• Strong communication skills to educate internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Global Operations to strengthen team culture and routines.
• Manage and optimize hiring processes for global hires in partnership with Global HR.
• Lead planning and execution of the annual Transformation Program recruitment.
• Oversee risk management relationships for international operations.
• Support in ensuring program execution aligns with strategy and budget.
