Job summary

JOLT is seeking a senior AI product owner to lead the global operations AI roadmap, covering predictive maintenance, CX automation, and real-time monitoring. You will define and ship AI features, translate local pain points into scalable digital solutions, and embed AI workflows to move operations from reactive to preventative.

This role requires 5–10+ years blending operations with digital product or software engineering.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Proven track record building or owning AI/automation products in operational contexts (supply chain, field ops, CX, or logistics).
• Experience influencing and leading operational teams, ideally in a global context.
• Comfortable with data, KPIs, and ROI-based decision making.
• Industry background in EV charging (CPO), physical infrastructure, Out-of-Home Media, or Tech hardware preferred.

Job description

• Own and deliver the AI roadmap for JOLT’s Global Operations across predictive maintenance, CX automation, and real-time network monitoring


• Define, prioritise, and ship AI and automation features


• Translate operational pain points from local Operations Managers into scalable digital product solutions


• Embed agentic AI workflows across Operations, shifting from reactive to preventative operations


• Own and lead Global Supply Chain and Customer Experience, including strategy, team leadership, KPIs, and continuous improvement


• Lead charging, screen equipment, and spare part planning, ordering, storage, and transport


• Lead driver support through digital and contact centre channels


• Drive operational excellence and best practices across global markets by influencing local Operations Managers


• Own Global Operations & Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures and operating cadence


• Drive Continuous Improvement projects across global markets


• Collaborate with Digital Product and Software Engineering


• Influence local Operations leads across five markets to drive operational excellence and AI-native ways of working

Requirements

• Experience influencing and leading operational teams, ideally in a global context

• Digital Product management experience a plus


• 5–10+ years in a blend of Operations and Digital Product or Software Engineering


• Experience leading operations and building or owning the tools that run them, preferably in EV Charging (CPO), Out-of-Home Media, Tech Hardware or Physical Infrastructure


• Previous experience in a start-up, scale-up, or consulting environment


• Experience building structure in a fast-paced global environment
