Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience overseeing complex service delivery operations in a multi-office or global organization.
• Experience within a global law firm, partnership, or professional services environment.
• Hybrid role requiring office presence and travel as required by business needs.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams or enterprise operating model transformations.
• Experience establishing service standards, governance, and performance metrics across multiple offices.
