Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a senior leader to own the global Learning & Development practice in the US, driving multimodal instructional design, delivery, measurement, and learning tech. You will scale the function, build the US Talent Acceleration team, and partner with business leaders to translate enterprise priorities into regional impact.

The role requires an advanced degree with 10+ years of progressive experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of leading in a matrix

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a Learning & Development function or practice across design, delivery, measurement, and technology.
• Experience designing and facilitating high-impact learning across multiple modalities (manager/leadership/culture onboarding).
• Strong matrix leadership with geographies and dotted-line talent management.

Responsibilities

• Own the global L&D practice vision, standards, and roadmap across regions.
• Design and develop learning experiences using in-person, virtual, digital, social, and AI-enabled modalities.
• Lead onboarding, manager/leadership capability, and culture programs globally.
• Oversee learning technology stack and systems – selection, integration, and value realisation.
