DASI LLC is seeking a Vice President of HR to oversee and execute HR programs including facilities, leading a team of six. You will shape global talent management, enhance development and training, and drive engagement and compliance across multiple locations. This is a leadership role in a growing, global aviation-related company.

The position requires strategic thinking, robust HR operations experience, and the ability to balance vision with hands-on leadership in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced leadership.
• Professional HR certifications such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP.
• 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience managing HR across multi-state and multi-country operations.
• Experience supporting growth-stage companies and driving HR initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with DASI’s objectives.
• Shape global talent management and leadership pipelines.
• Oversee recruitment, payroll, benefits, HRIS, employee relations, and facilities.
• Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Drive engagement, retention, and performance improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry standards across locations.
