Job summary

DASI, LLC. is seeking a strategic VP of HR to lead global people programs from its Florida base, overseeing recruiting, payroll, benefits, HR systems, and facilities.

You will guide a six-person team and collaborate with executives to cultivate a culture of excellence, engagement, and accountability across locations. The role requires multi-state and multi-country experience, strong ethics, and a track record of scaling HR initiatives during growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; master's preferred.
• Professional HR certifications (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP).
• 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience administering HR in multi-state and multi-country operations.
• Proven track record leading HR initiatives at a strategic level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with DASI's objectives.
• Shape global talent management and leadership pipelines.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance.
• Lead engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
• Oversee facilities management and health & safety in collaboration with Quality and Operations.
