DASI, LLC. is seeking a visionary VP of HR to lead global HR programs, talent management, payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations. The role oversees facilities and drives a culture of excellence, engagement, and accountability across multiple locations.

A track record of strategic HR leadership in growth environments is essential. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's in HR or related field, advanced certifications (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP), and 10–15 years of senior HR experience across

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; master's preferred.
• Professional HR certifications such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP.
• 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience administering HR in multi-state and multi-country operations.
• Experience with growth-phase companies and strategic HR initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with DASI's objectives.
• Shape and evolve global talent management to build pipelines of high-potential and high-performing talent.
• Improve development and training of employees and leadership.
• Oversee HR operations including compliance, payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations.
• Design and implement succession planning frameworks and leadership development.
• Lead engagement and retention strategies using data and insights.
• Support compensation and benefits planning to attract and retain talent.
• Continuously optimize HR processes, systems, and policies for efficiency and scalability.
• Facilitate strong communication between employees, leaders, and the organization.
• Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture reflecting the brand’s vision.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Oversee global employee relations and compliance with employment laws.
• Provide facilities oversight and health and safety collaboration.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
