Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Head of Finished Goods & Deployments Warehousing in Costa Mesa, CA to lead global warehousing and fulfillment operations. You will own end-to-end inventory management, staging, spares, maintenance stock, and returns for deployed assets.

You will build best practices, drive continuous improvement, and ensure on-time shipping to support mission readiness with regulatory compliance (ITAR/EAR) and government property controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years in warehousing, distribution, or supply chain with finished goods focus.
• 5+ years leading warehouse teams (managers/supervisors).
• Experience scaling warehousing operations across multiple sites.
• Experience with WMS/ERP and logistics tech.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead finished goods warehousing and fulfillment end-to-end.
• Oversee warehouse operations, material flow engineering, staging and returns.
• Ensure FIFO, lot/serial traceability, and government property accountability.
• Develop and deploy SOPs and best practices across global facilities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing warehousing team.
• Optimize systems (ERP/WMS) and drive data-driven decisions.
