Job summary

Viya Health is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the global finance function across 17 markets, owning FP&A, consolidation, tax, and treasury. You will partner with leadership to drive capital allocation, pricing, and financial strategy in a remote-ready, international organization.

The role oversees a diverse finance team, ensures audit readiness, and guides reporting to investors and funders. Strong accounting credentials and cross-border experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead Viya Health's annual financial planning, budgeting, performance management and commercial finance.
• Set up and strengthen financial policies, internal controls and multi-entity consolidation for Board and investor reporting.
• Manage cash forecasting, liquidity, treasury, lenders and investor relationships across currencies.
