Viya Health is seeking a toplevel finance leader to head its global finance function, spanning 17 markets and coordinating FP&A, consolidation, controls, treasury, and pricing. The role partners with the President on investor reporting and strategic capital allocation.

The successful candidate will build and lead a high-impact finance team, drive multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation, and shape the operating model across global, regional, and market levels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA) is desirable.
• At least 10 years of related experience, including senior finance leadership in an international context.

Aufgaben

• Lead Viya Health’s global finance function across 17 markets, owning FP&A, consolidated reporting, controls, treasury, and pricing.
• Serve as the President’s key financial thought partner, delivering investor and funder reporting and advising on capital allocation.
• Manage the finance team and build the operating model across global, regional, and market levels.
• Develop annual budgets, multi-year plans, and rolling forecasts, and run monthly business reviews.
• Oversee financial controls, audit readiness, and compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash forecasting, treasury, banking relationships, and future capital raising.
