Viya Health is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its global finance function across 17 markets, overseeing planning, reporting, controls, cash, and treasury. You will partner with the President on capital allocation, tax, and market expansion, and drive the finance operating model across regions.

You will manage the Controller and regional leads, ensure audit readiness, and guide strategic financial decisions while supporting growth across geographies and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) in a related field.
• Master’s Degree (or international equivalent) preferred.
• At least 10 years of related experience, including senior finance leadership experience in an international context is ideal.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience building or rebuilding a finance function in a growth-stage company.
• Hands-on experience with debt facilities and covenant management.
• Commercial experience with P&L Management and financial modeling.
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills with ability to present to leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead Viya Health’s annual financial planning, budgeting, and performance management across all entities and markets.
• Own pricing, margin governance and unit economics tracking by brand, market and channel.
• Oversee multi-entity consolidation, audit readiness, and statutory compliance across countries.
