VIYA Health is seeking a seasoned Chief Finance Officer to lead annual financial planning, consolidate reporting, and steward treasury across multiple entities. You will shape pricing, margins and capital allocation, guiding strategic partnerships and ensuring audit readiness.

The role requires 10+ years of senior finance leadership, multi-entity/currency experience, and a track record of building or rebuilding finance functions in growth-stage companies. Fluency in English is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (required).
• At least 10 years of related experience with senior finance leadership.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience building or rebuilding a finance function in a growth-stage company.
• Hands-on experience with debt facilities and covenant management.
• Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidated financial management.
• Fluent English.

Mansioni

• Lead annual financial planning, budgeting and commercial finance across all entities and markets.
• Own consolidated reporting, financial controls and audit readiness, including year-end audit.
• Manage cash, treasury, lender and investor relationships and covenant compliance reporting.
• Own pricing and margin governance and track unit economics by brand, market and channel.
• Lead the finance team, including the Controller and regional finance leads.
• Advise the President on capital allocation, tax, market expansion and partnerships.
