Clio, a global leader in legal AI technology, seeks a Head of Executive Search to establish and lead a centralized executive recruiting function for senior leadership across its global business.

You will drive end-to-end executive hiring, build a lean team, and create standardized playbooks, ensuring confidential, high-quality leadership decisions that fuel growth and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering Senior Director, VP, and executive-level hiring across global organizations.
• Hands-on builder, scaling teams, and establishing world-class exec recruiting practices.
• Trusted advisor to C-suite executives with strong business acumen and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global executive search strategy for Senior Director, VP, and SVP+ hiring across all units and regions.
• Own end-to-end delivery of executive searches, personally leading the most strategic and confidential searches.
• Build, develop, and lead a lean, high-performing Executive Search team with clear expectations and governance.
• Design and operationalize Clio’s executive hiring playbook with standardized assessment and interview calibration.
• Advise C-suite executives and senior leaders, influencing hiring decisions with market expertise.
