Bullish is seeking a visionary Head of Events to lead the global events division anchored by Consensus. You will own strategy, P&L, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Editorial, and Product to align live experiences with commercial goals and editorial integrity.

Based in NYC, the role requires onsite presence four days a week at the Chelsea office. You will drive audience growth, revenue, and elite programming for a premier crypto and finance audience while managing a high-performing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in large-scale B2B conference production or related fields.
• Proven track record of running flagship events with 10,000+ attendees.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar P&Ls and sponsorship sales.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute a multi-year growth strategy for the events business, focusing on scaling Consensus attendance, expanding its global footprint, and launching new regional events or niche spin-offs.
• Own full financial accountability for the events business unit. Partner with the Sales team to architect high-value sponsorship packages, optimize ticket-pricing tiers, and maximize profitability.
• Oversee data-driven marketing campaigns to expand the event’s audience base, successfully targeting TradFi, institutional investors, policymakers, and mainstream tech sectors alongside the crypto community.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary events team and ensure alignment with Editorial for world-class programming.
• Partner with Event Operations and Procurement to steer venue selections and technology stack integrations for premium execution.
• Secure Consensus's year-over-year market dominance and diversify the portfolio to hedge crypto cycles.
