In this executive role, you will hold full strategic and P&L accountability for our events business, managing a high-performing team across operations, marketing, programming, and production. • Industry Context: Experience within tech, media, or financial services events is required; a strong familiarity with the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech landscape is highly preferred.

  • Behavioral Competencies: A charismatic, high-energy leader with exceptional executive presence, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
