Job summary

Croda is seeking a Global Supply Chain Lead for Pharma Solutions to design and deliver a world-class planning and execution backbone. The role will personally drive planning governance, data standards, and continuous improvement across a global matrix, balancing strategic insight with hands-on execution.

The successful candidate will lead S&OP/IBP initiatives, improve on-time delivery, and optimize inventory and customer service across sites and regions.

Qualifications

• Leadership in supply chain, planning, and IBP across pharmaceutical or related industries.
• Experience building operating models, governance, and IBP adoption.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in a global matrix.
• Comfort operating in a complex, cross-functional environment across sites and regions.
• Degree required; professional certifications (APICS/Lean Six Sigma) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a globally aligned S&OP/IBP process across Pharma Solutions.
• Establish and run a disciplined monthly planning rhythm linking demand, manufacturing, inventory, and customers.
• Translate strategy into actionable processes, data standards, and visible planning improvements.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption with functional/site leadership without direct reports.
