Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to develop our Global Customer Engineering for Internal EDA Infrastructure. This multi-team leadership role sits between chip designers and the platforms they run on, with a globally distributed team and two co-equal mandates: a world-class customer engineering org for EDA infra and a first-class Kubernetes platform team delivering end-to-end services.

Qualifications

12+ years building and leading engineering support orgs.
5+ years leading a globally distributed organization.
Influence roadmaps by turning support trends into engineering requirements.
Deep familiarity with Kubernetes, EDA workloads, job schedulers, and AI/LLM infra.
Track record of automation and AI/ML to reduce ticket volume.
Exceptional communication with engineers and executive leadership.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Build the leaders: grow and develop leaders for a globally distributed team of customer-facing engineers.
Develop the Kubernetes platform: run the K8s platform as a first-class service with availability and roadmap.
Ship the L0 AI support layer: evolve AI support from FAQ bot to real-issues resolver integrated with internal systems.
Set the bar: define and defend SLOs for operational performance and secure stakeholder buy-in.
Stay close to the metal: drive deep support across EDA schedulers, Kubernetes platforms, and internal LLM harnesses.
