Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a senior leader to build and run a globally distributed customer engineering organization for reactive and proactive support of EDA infrastructure. You will grow leaders, own the Kubernetes platform, and evolve the AI support layer to reduce human queues while delivering high-quality signal to internal customers.

In this role you will set and defend SLOs, influence roadmaps from support data, and work closely with chip-design teams to optimize schedulers and internal LLM

Qualifications

• 12+ years building and leading engineering support organizations.
• 5+ years leading globally distributed teams and developing managers/leaders.
• Ability to influence technical roadmaps by turning support trends into ship-ready requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a globally distributed customer-facing engineering org responsible for reactive and proactive support.
• Develop and manage the Kubernetes platform as a first-class customer engineering service.
• Own the evolution of the L0 AI support layer and reduce ticket volume through automation and AI/ML.
• Define, defend and socialize SLOs for operational performance with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with EDA schedulers (LSF/Slurm), Kubernetes platforms, and internal LLM harnesses.
