Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to build and lead Global Customer Engineering for Internal EDA Infrastructure. This globally distributed role spans managers and tech leads, focusing on a world-class reactive and proactive customer engineering organization and a Kubernetes platform delivering end-to-end services for internal EDA workloads.

You will design software solutions and automation pipelines to eliminate toil, keep live production close, and evolve the L0 AI support layer

Qualifications

12+ years building and leading engineering support organizations.
5+ years leading a globally distributed organization, including developing managers and leaders.
Proven ability to influence roadmaps by turning support trends into engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead a globally distributed team of customer-facing engineers managing reactive and proactive support.
Grow and run the Kubernetes platform as a first-class customer engineering service.
Own the evolution of an AI support layer to reduce human ticket volume.
Define and defend service level objectives (SLOs) for operational performance.
Drive deep support across EDA job schedulers, Kubernetes, and internal LLM harnesses.
