Qualifications

• 12+ years leading engineering support orgs (reactive & proactive).
• 5+ years leading globally distributed teams, developing managers/leaders.
• Ability to influence roadmaps from support trends.
• Deep Kubernetes/EDA workloads/AI infrastructure familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a globally distributed team of customer engineers for EDA infrastructure.
• Run the Kubernetes platform as a first-class customer engineering service.
• Advance the L0 AI support layer from FAQ bot to an automated issue-resolution system.
• Define and defend service level objectives (SLOs) for operational performance.
