Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to build and run Global Customer Engineering for Internal EDA Infrastructure in Santa Clara. You will lead a globally distributed team spanning managers and tech leads, delivering a world‑class proactive and reactive customer engineering service.

You will own the end‑to‑end Kubernetes platform and guide the AI support layer to reduce ticket volume.

Qualifications

• 12+ years building and leading engineering support organizations.
• 5+ years leading a globally distributed organization with managers and leaders.
• Proven ability to influence technical roadmaps from support data.
• Deep familiarity with Kubernetes, EDA workloads, job schedulers, and AI/LLM infrastructure foundations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed team of customer engineers who own the reactive queue.
• Run the Kubernetes platform as a first‑class service with strong availability and developer experience.
• Oversee evolution of the AI support agent to reduce human ticket volume.
• Define and defend service level objectives for operational performance.
• Drive deep support improvements across EDA job schedulers, Kubernetes, and internal LLM harnesses.
