Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to build and lead the Global Customer Engineering for Internal EDA Infrastructure. You will manage a globally distributed team spanning managers and tech leads, owning reactive and proactive customer engineering, and advancing automation across Kubernetes and AI-enabled systems.

You will shape roadmaps by translating support trends into engineering requirements, define performance metrics, and ensure high availability of EDA infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading engineering support organizations, spanning reactive and proactive customer engineering
• 5+ years leading globally distributed teams with managers and leaders
• Ability to influence roadmaps by translating support trends into ship-ready requirements
• Deep familiarity with Kubernetes, EDA workloads, job schedulers, and AI/LLM infrastructure foundations
• Track record of using automation and AI/ML to reduce ticket volume and improve support efficiency
• Exceptional communication with engineers and executives in the same day

Responsibilities

• Build the leaders: grow a globally distributed team of customer-facing engineers
• Develop the Kubernetes platform as a first-class customer engineering service
• Ship the L0 AI support layer to safely resolve real issues
• Set and defend SLOs for operational performance
• Stay close to the metal across EDA job schedulers, Kubernetes platforms, and AI harnesses
