Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Senior Developer Ecosystem & Open Source Lead to evolve and scale our developer ecosystem strategy within the Marketing organization. You will lead a team focused on strengthening Vercel’s influence across the modern web ecosystem.

Your responsibilities include refining sponsorship frameworks, defining Vercel's developer ecosystem strategy, and driving high-impact conference presence. This position requires deep technical fluency and strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Developer Relations or related fields.
• 1+ year of team management experience.
• Strong relationships within the modern web or open source community.
• Proven conference speaking experience.
• Ability to connect initiatives to measurable marketing impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Vercel’s Developer-Facing programs.
• Define and lead Vercel’s developer ecosystem strategy.
• Own global conference and sponsorship strategy.
• Shape developer thought leadership and narrative.
• Drive cross-functional alignment within the organization.
