Your tasks and responsibilities
  • You define and drive the global Data Privacy strategy for Diagnostics, enabling business growth, digital transformation, AI innovation, and responsible data use worldwide.
  • You build and continuously evolve a scalable, risk-based privacy organization and governance framework across regions, functions, and business lines.
  • You lead, coach, and develop a small globally distributed team, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and continuous growth.
  • You serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating complex privacy requirements into pragmatic, business-enabling solutions.
  • You drive privacy-by-design principles across AI, advanced analytics, cloud technologies, and product development, ensuring the ethical and responsible use of data.
