Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial real estate servicing experience with leadership responsibility.
• Deep understanding of CRE loan structures, servicing agreements, cash management, and investor reporting.
• Experience supporting agency (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHA), balance sheet, CMBS, or private credit portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for PGIM Real Estate Loan Services and ensure high-quality servicing across all capital sources.
• Lead scale initiatives, automation, data quality, system integration, and workflow optimization.
• Provide leadership over governance, controls, regulatory readiness, audits, and accountability across a complex portfolio.
• Build and develop a senior, globally distributed PRELS team across Servicing, Asset Management, Investment Operations, and Strategy.
• Own full P&L and budget accountability, balancing cost, capacity, risk, and platform investment.
