Job summary
KeyBank is seeking a Senior Servicing Officer to join the Real Estate Institutional Capital Group. You will manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, lead preclosing activities, ensure data integrity, and support complex loan structures across revolver, term, and bridge products.
The role offers opportunities for leadership, training, and mentoring. You will collaborate closely with relationship managers and internal teams, perform risk reviews, and uphold documentation and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of related lending experience, with 2+ years in a Lead Service Officer role (or equivalent).
- Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage pre- and post-closing services for complex loan structures.
- Identify and resolve risk/exceptions and escalate when needed.
- Maintain expert-level understanding of loan systems and data integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the loan process in person.
- Book loans in LoanIQ and manage documentation exceptions.
- Lead projects and mentor team members.
