Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability company, is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead a 4‑5 person team and own CriblCon, Company Kickoff, and President's Club. You’ll manage a 12‑14 show global calendar and multi‑million dollar budget with executive visibility.

You’ll partner with cross‑functional leaders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance, traveling ~40% and shaping scalable event strategy that drives pipeline and culture. Base salary ranges 150k–205k USD.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in corporate/events marketing with global programs.
• Proven track record managing large budgets and multi-million budgets.
• Experience working with executives in high-visibility events.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 4–5 person team and set goals.
• Own end-to-end planning of CriblCon, Company Kickoff, and Presidents Club.
• Manage a multi‑million-dollar events budget with cross‑functional reporting.
• Partner with executives to plan high-visibility moments.
• Develop scalable event processes and playbooks.
