EMD Serono, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Global Head of CMS Strategy, Quality & Operations to drive the integrated CMS strategy and quality across the global organization. You will lead a large, diverse team, shape strategic priorities, and enable compliant, high-quality delivery of R&D commitments.

You will partner with CMS leadership and cross-functional partners to streamline processes, ensure regulatory adherence, and advance development excellence within a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive experience in pharmaceutical R&D and operations.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives and organizational change.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence without authority.

• Lead CMS strategy, quality, and operations across global teams.
