Job summary
Millipore Corporation seeks an enterprise-wide leader in external medical engagement to set strategy, governance, and operating model for a global organization spanning Patient Engagement, Medical Training, Field Medical, and Congresses. You will own the multi-year roadmap for omnichannel engagement, champion AI adoption, and ensure scientifically credible, compliant engagement across the lifecycle.
You will partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, Compliance, and Market
Qualifications
- 12+ years of Medical Affairs, patient engagement, medical education, field medical, or external stakeholder engagement experience.
- 7+ years leading global or complex cross-functional teams across regions and cultures.
- Strong knowledge of compliant and ethical engagement with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance analytics and data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own external engagement strategy, governance, and operating model for a global organization (~50 professionals).
- Define how external engagement is designed, delivered, and measured across product lifecycle.
- Lead multi-year roadmap for omnichannel and digital engagement capabilities; oversee AI and analytics adoption.
