Job summary

Everest Clinical Research seeks a Global Head of Clinical Delivery to lead and optimize the end-to-end execution of clinical studies across regions. The role anchors strategy, governance, and scalable operations for a broad portfolio, reporting to top leadership and partnering with Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

The successful candidate will drive excellence, program delivery, and client satisfaction while building a high-performing global team and delivering sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related field is required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations roles, with leadership in CROs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for global clinical delivery across Phase I–IV studies and development programs.
• Ensure studies are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Oversee portfolio governance, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment with DM, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Medical Writing, and Safety.
