Job summary

AXIS Capital in Chicago seeks the Global Head of Claims MI & Insights to own the design, delivery and governance of claims management information, driving loss cost improvement and actionable insights for senior leadership.

You will partner with Actuarial, Data & Analytics and Claims leadership across North America and Global Markets, build a small team, and operate in a hybrid environment with some travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in specialty insurance claims analytics and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of claims processes and data governance.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own global Claims MI & Insights strategy, standards and governance.
• Deliver executive-level reporting for senior leadership and ExCo.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to design, embed and scale new reporting capabilities.
• Drive data quality improvement and regulatory reporting.
