Job summary

AXIS Capital is seeking the Global Head of Claims MI & Insights to lead the design, delivery and governance of claims management information and insights across regions. You will drive loss cost improvement, severity reduction and provide actionable reporting for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

The role oversees global performance reporting, collaborates with Actuarial, Data & Analytics, and Underwriting, and builds a small team in London and North America. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Specialty markets in North America within Lloyd's/London Market insurers.
• Deep domain knowledge of claims processes and reporting standards.
• Strong analytics, data visualization and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Own global Claims MI & Insights strategy, standards and governance.
• Translate complex claims data into concise, decision-ready insights for leadership.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to design scalable reporting capabilities.
• Lead enterprise-wide reporting for senior management and regulatory needs.
• Coach regional leads and build Talent Stewardship within the function.
